Report released on the investments by companies and institutions in Cluster Bomb munition producers

7 UK firms finance globally banned cluster bombs CMC member organisation PAX published a report on companies and institutions that have invested in the globally banned cluster bombs which are being used in places like Ukraine and Syria. Even in Laos almost 50 years since the bombs were dropped are still effecting residents of the surrounding areas to this very day. In the report it highlights financial institutions that have invested in the cluster bomb manufacturers. The report also hightlights those institutions that have disinvested from cluster bomb producers and subsequently established clear policies that make sure no more investments would be made in the future by the institution. The report was first published on 29 October 2009, and subsequent updates were published on 14 April 2010, 25 May 2011, 12 June 2012, and 12 December 2013. The report lists institutions who have been investing in these munitions from 2011 to 2014. 7 of those institutions are British and include insurance companies to asset management companies all come up in the ‘Worldwide Investments In Cluster Munitions’ report. International laws state these weapons are illegal to use because they are indiscriminate in nature which does not differentiate between fighter or civilian. Unexploded left overs usually is left after the detonation of one of these bombs leading to deaths not only of those hit by the bomb but also those who may happen to live in the surrounding area in some cases decades later like in Laos. Like living in an undeclared war zone... Police homicides have gone too far in the states and it's not restricted to one state it's a nation wide problem!

On Saturday we heard reports that a 12 year old boy had been shot down by Cleveland police. The police were phoned when a 911 call about a "man" with a gun that was "probably fake". During the call the caller added "i don't know if it's real or not". As we understand it the police officer who shot the boy was not informed by dispatch that the gun could be in fact a "fake" this one mistake led to the death of Tamir Rice. But on the back of the Michael Brown case this along with many other incidents of people having been gunned down by cops shows a clear underlying problem that is not restricted to one state or county. In the states the police do not track how many people have been killed at the hands of the police. The FBI keep track of what they label as "justifiable" police homicides which they report to be in and around 400 per year! This is an under count. The Facebook page 'Killed by police' has been keeping track of police killings. There tally listed more than 1,450 deaths caused by law-enforcement officers since the pages launch on May 1, 2013. That works out at around 3 people dieing per day at the hands of law enforcement. The page doesn’t claim that this is a comprehensive count, but it could be useful — like the count from the FBI’s annual Supplementary Homicide Report is useful — for setting a baseline number of police killings, as long as important caveats are acknowledged. IS raise the black flag over Libya... It was only a matter of time.

Reports the other day that the black flag of IS was raised in Tripoli, Libya. It was only a matter of time before this happened. CIA gun running from the US embassy in Benghazi and training of countless rag tag militias and mercenaries to fight against late leader Muammar Al Gaddafi lead to the rise of these extremist groups within Libya. It also should be noted this lead to the slaughter of migrant workers from central African countries men were hung from the lampposts and had their heads cut off in the middle of the streets all because of their skin color and a lie. These groups of people were in training from before the start of the Libyan uprising in places like Jordan and with help from French, Qatari UK and US special forces. As we watched the G20 take place in Australia you will have noticed MSM(Main Stream Media) was none stop with its Putin mania and Abbots comment that he would "shirt front" president Putin. They describe being at several protests during the day while they drove around Brisbane in this "Ubercade" explaining that police heavily outweighed protestors and that any undesirables were swiftly taken care off by the local robocop. As seen in Syria when Russia and China stood up to another illegal war being pushed by certain establishments and individuals within those establishments this was for me the first clear sign of opposition rising. The U.S. president and his cohorts sat and discussed how else to put pressure on Russia during the summit instead of working on real solutions to very real issues, Obama was more interested in facing down his rival or trying to... The rise of the BRICS and a clear rival to the Petro dollar system is seen as a major threat by those who need to maintain the status quo for their own benefit. No matter what those MSM outlets who fail to acknowledge the facts and would rather portray a false reality to the public will and are gradually loosing the information war. Parts of Ireland tonight seen and experienced first hand aggression against the community's by Gardai, the Gardai seem to have changed tactics in its fight to help instal the water meters without the consent of the people living in those areas, and to quell those who have taken to the streets to voice their anger. This is just another sign of the establishments starting to crash under pressure from the people of Ireland, like a wounded animal the Gardai strike in the interests of the few. The rise of a monster from the rubble of war. IS pretext for war in Syria...

People ask where did this group IS come from? When did they spring up? Well for now i can't exactly point to when or where exactly but what i do know IS have grown from the rubble of past invasions occupations and continued support of proxy groups in the region. From the supporting of Mujahid groups in the 80's by the who were fighting against a Soviet occupation of the country, to the backing of so called rebels in Libya who fought against the Gaddafi regime. The continued injection of weapons and support of these groups has evolved to the point in which we find ourselves now, with the likes of IS and Al Qieda affiliated groups coming out on top as the biggest opposition groups in the region, who in recent times have also reportedly joined forces against the anti IS coalition. The strikes have effectively amalgamated these groups. The support of proxies in the middle east has gotten to a point where the monster has become uncontrollable, but not useless! The US back in 2013 were preparing for imminent strikes on Syria after it was alleged that the Syrian regime had used Nuclear weapons on the 21st of August 2013, but as we now know this could not have been further from the truth and was clearly being pushed for a pretext to oust the leadership in Damascus. Propaganda was on overdrive and very nearly pushed us into war, the BBC one of the main perpetrators of this propaganda was caught in the act editing and staging videos that they say was evidence of use of chemical weapons by the regime. Just today 03/10/2014 Joe Biden admitted the U.S allies were the biggest problem in Syria supporting the extremist groups but he stopped short of admitting the U.S. also had a big hand to play in the rise of the extremist groups. For me the most visible signs of this support and funding came when Libya became just another flash point on the world stage, from the outset we had calls echoing from the same camps that called for the unjust invasion of Iraq, calls to strike to support to fund and to arm groups which would fight 'Dictator Gaddafi', and so they did, MI6 and the CIA were training and gun running from the outset, all in preparation for regime change. The covert and overt support for such groups along with air strikes by NATO forces give the 'Rebels' the upper hand, the 'rebels' hoped their advance would spark an uprising in the capital, but the actual number of citizens who chose to join premature democratic celebrations on Green Square was considerably moderate in comparison with the thousands who preferred to stand by the country’s leader in the governmental district of Bab al-Aziziya armed with the handguns distributed among the locals earlier. Without a doubt the intelligence services of certain countries including Israels Mossad had a major hand in the rise of these groups, orchestrating and co-ordinating attacks which led to the subsequent fall of the Libyan Regime. The US and its allies could not be seen as waging a ground war in Libya so Qatar and UAE were only more than willing to help out, the very same establishments that are now supporting extremist groups inside Syria against the Syrian Regime. The fall of the Libyan regime created a platform in which extremist groups like IS and Al Qieda could launch attacks as well as re group and re organize, this is exactly what happened leading up to the 'Revolution' inside Syria, which was shown only to have been supported by a small amount of people in the country. But at the beginning just like in Libya the mass media here in the West sold it to the public as a popular uprising, but as we said from the start this was just another engineered plot for regime change in Syria. In fact the only real support came and still comes from outside players. At the time U.S. Defense Secretary Robert Gates and U.S. military officer, Admiral Mike Mullen acknowledged there was only limited U.S. intelligence on the rebels who might eventually take control of the oil-producing country. These admissions that they knew very little about who they were actually funding and supporting just shows us exactly how unsure the establishments were when it came to arming and training groups to fight in these countries. These grievances have been aired before by many other officials across the board but of course their voices are drowned out by the usual War Hawks with help of the Propaganda machines working over time. Over the last few years accounts from fighters themselves have been documented that they had personally been trained by U.S. military advisers in Jordan and elsewhere within the region, the numbers of which are debated. Move forward a year or 2 and the so called revolution in Syria starts to take off as more and more outside players joined the fight, fighters from all over the world, groups who had once fought against the Libyan regime were now fighting against the Syrian regime, weaponry and equipment used in the Libya conflict had been brought in to Syria and so began a new flash point which would set the stage for what we are now seeing with the rise of the likes of IS. As veteran fighters inside Libya began to move towards Syria plans were underway to arm and train even more fighters in Syria to face the Assad regime, time and time again Russia and China vetoed resolutions that sought to arm rebel opposition sighting that some of these very same groups were involved in terror activity's in Syria. Neither Washington nor the Arab League, which commissioned an Observer Mission to Syria in the first place, have accepted the interim report presented by the AL Mission. Why? Because the Mission --integrated by independent observers from Arab League countries- provides a balanced and objective assessment of what is happening on the ground inside Syria. It does not serve as a mouthpiece for Washington and the governments of Arab states. It points to the existence of an "Armed Entity"; it acknowledges that "armed opposition groups" including the Syria Free Army are involved in criminal and terrorist acts. "In some zones, this armed entity reacted by attacking Syrian security forces and citizens, causing the Government to respond with further violence. In the end, innocent citizens pay the price for those actions with life and limb. "In Homs, Idlib and Hama, the Observer Mission witnessed acts of violence being committed against Government forces and civilians that resulted in several deaths and injuries. Examples of those acts include the bombing of a civilian bus, killing eight persons and injuring others, including women and children, and the bombing of a train carrying diesel oil. In another incident in Homs, a police bus was blown up, killing two police officers. A fuel pipeline and some small bridges were also bombed. " "Such incidents include the bombing of buildings, trains carrying fuel, vehicles carrying diesel oil and explosions targeting the police, members of the media and fuel pipelines. Some of those attacks have been carried out by the Free Syrian Army and some by other armed opposition groups." When Obama and Co mention supporting 'Moderate' fighters they are inadvertently arming such groups as IS, Biden himself said there was no middle ground when it came to these fighters, along with the continued propaganda war being waged by IS and the MSM it is a cocktail for disaster, or is it? Well if your ultimate outcome was regime change in the first place then it does not look so illogical but the fact the MSM aren't reporting it as such does not mean it is not so... just watch as targets move from IS to the SAA and the regime. "NATO is already clandestinely engaged in the Syrian conflict, with Turkey taking the lead as U.S. proxy. Ankara’s foreign minister, Ahmet Davitoglu, has openly admitted that his country is prepared to invade as soon as there is agreement among the Western allies to do so. The intervention would be based on humanitarian principles, to defend the civilian population based on the “responsibility to protect” doctrine that was invoked to justify Libya. Turkish sources suggest that intervention would start with creation of a buffer zone along the Turkish-Syrian border and then be expanded. Aleppo, Syria’s largest and most cosmopolitan city, would be the crown jewel targeted by liberation forces. I will refer back to the leaked call between Foreign Minister Ahmet Davudoğlu Head of Turkish Intelligence MIT Hakan Fidan Undersecretary of Foreign Ministry Feridun Sinirlioğlu General Yaşar Güler, this call shines a light on the murky behind the scenes preparations and intentions for an invasion of Syria and ultimately regime change. Now you see that the rise to prominence of these groups has been down to direct interference and incitement from Western and Arab states, with the back up of NATO another long arm of the war machine. It may be confusing so I'll put it like this, NATO/US/Israel/Saudi and ISIL are indeed 2 sides of the same coin. Evidence is building by the day proving all what we have been saying to be true. Stop supporting terror in the Middle East! End the Wars!

The World is Entering a Multi-polar Phase in Global Governance

The moves we are seeing on the international stage by both East and West have in part been driven by the rise of the BRICS nations and the fall of the Petro Dollar system. The sanctions on Russia are not only to do with Ukraine but also the continued growth in BRICS, anyone or anything that rivals the Dollar is an enemy to those who want to keep the status quo. But as we are seeing, the move to a more multi polar world is well underway - both in regards to economics, and actions being taken to oppose Western Hegemony. We have seen the construction of US military bases all over the globe, the disintegration of nation states and the subjugation of nations through economic terror driven by the IMF and  Rothschild owned Central Bank. This is nearly always inflicted on any nation that has had the misfortune of falling into the cross hairs of the US sponsored regime change - one comes after the other it seems, with the continuation of NATO and its shady moves dominated usually by certain countries or country all in the name of spreading ‘Democracy.’ In 2000, there were 7 countries in the world without a Rothschild owned Central Bank: Afghanistan, Cuba, Iraq, Iran, Libya, North Korea and Sudan. In the following three years, we all know what happened, and lo and behold, Afghanistan and Iraq gained said banks. In the next three years Libya and Sudan followed suit. This leaves only Cuba, North Korea, and Iran as the only countries in the world without a Rothschild-owned Central Bank. Interestingly enough, General Wesley Clark describes a memo which he received in the months following 9/11:

'And he said, “This is a memo that describes how we’re going to take out seven countries in five years, starting with Iraq, and then Syria, Lebanon, Libya, Somalia, Sudan and, finishing off, Iran.”' - General Wesley Clark.

Putin’s move to stand up against US dominance to step in to protect it’s allies and of course its own interests in Syria was a turning point in the international arena. It was a stand against what has been the norm for decades with certain establishments able to go to war or to create regime change on a whim. The stand from Putin should of course been with Libya which could have saved many thousands of lives and maybe it would have saved Libya from the turmoil it is in now and maybe even stopped the conflict in Syria from escalating. Who knows. What I do know, is that the so called Arab Spring was manufactured by outside players with many different agendas - the people were played like pawns.

China and Russia continued to Veto any moves to topple the Assad regime, while those that wanted to see Syria end up like Libya sat foaming at the mouth furious that realities were changing - the US was not now the sole dominant nation on the international stage. If you think of the globe as a giant chessboard, each player is making moves to contain the other and the pawns each get closer and closer until one has to make a move to decide if they keep or lose their pawn. In Syria, when China and Russia vetoed sanctions and suggestions of intervention, this was the US losing one of their pawns, the game is now in full swing with flash points around the globe: Syria, Ukraine and Iraq being the main stages. People speak about world war 3 but i am content in saying world war 3 may have started a long while ago.

In recent days David Cameron has announced that the UK might go ahead with strikes on ISIS both inside Iraq and Syria, even after Syria warned that strikes on its territory would not be tolerated. This doesn't seem to matter, as Prime Minister Cameron dismissed suggestions that bombing raids in Syria would need permission from Damascus, this would be a blatant breach of international law and a breach of sovereignty, therefore Syria could respond accordingly if they decided to do so.

All of this combined has the potential to be a Cold War 2.0 scenario, and it seems many are thinking in such mentalities from the Mainstream to people in the highest echelons of power. This is a dangerous road we are headed down, old ways of thinking need to be shed before we can move forward as a world, if the NATO expansion towards Russia's borders and the expansion of the US empire into Asia does not cease we could see a very real world war being sparked. This is the last thing we want! We have enough war and strife already, for a very clear world war to kick off would be disastrous for everyone.

The subjugation of Ukraine goes on living standards in decline, economic terrorism? And the brutal crushing of dissent....

Nearly 5 months after the military were given the go ahead by illegally installed Prime minister Yatsinych to launch what he called "Terror operations" against Self Defense Militias of the DPR we are seeing escalations both in the information war being fought thru-out the web and the airwaves, the war being fought on the ground with accusations being flung around by officials in the West and Kiev, nearly all of which have been shown to be nothing but just that accusations.

Most recent accusation being that a Russian armoured military convoy crossed the Ukraine border and was subsequently destroyed, the National Security And Defense Council of Ukraine said they had confirmed "A part of the column does not exist now" but did not elaborate further on what had actually taken place if anything at all as no evidence so far has been presented.

On Thursday the 15th two foreign journalists said they had seen a convoy of Russian army vehicles cross the border. Pictures were then posted later on a social networking site but with no information of where and when they were taken, but that has not stopped the war talk from the usual culprits in the media running with the narrative of Kiev without properly verifying the information. We have seen this before also with the MH17 tragedy and the lack of clear evidence for certain accusations.

If the recent history of the US state department is anything to go by this could be another escalation in their eyes that Russia is indeed invading Ukraine, without evidence of course, well not the evidence that would usually be credible in a normal court but trial by media shall continue it seems.

Valery Chaly, deputy head of Poreshenko's said "A huge military convoy accompanied by Russian soldiers and equipment

was moving towards the Ukrainian border, allegedly by agreement with the Red Cross,"

"A humanitarian column with 'peacekeepers' was to enter the territory of Ukraine, clearly to provoke a full-scale conflict,"

Maria Zakharova, a spokeswoman for the Russian Foreign Ministry, dismissed the statement by Chaly as untrue.

"Each time Kiev is more and more inventive in creating fairy tales," she said, noting that special protocols had to be completed before Russian troops could be sent abroad.

"The (Ukrainian) National Guard probably have to report about their achievements in the field, so they pretended they have some," she said.

Chaly said Poroshenko held urgent talks with his security chiefs and world leaders, though he did not specify which ones. Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin said separately he had called his Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov who had assured him the convoy would be stopped.

"As of now, the danger of provocation has been removed, but operational staff continue to work," Chaly said.

Maria Zakharova, a spokeswoman for the Russian Foreign Ministry, dismissed the statement by Chaly as untrue.

Economic Subjugation Of The Ukrainian People

Soon after the illegal and unconstitutional overthrow of the democratically elected Yanukovych government with much from US funded NGO’s and Far right Neo Nazi groups. The new government came to power which included a number of the Far-Right Ultra nationalists taking key positions with Arseniy Petrovych Yatsenyuk at the helm began the wholesale of Ukraine.

Secretary of state Victoria Nulan was quoted as saying "the US invested $5 billion into so called "pro democracy" NGO's inside Ukraine, we have seen the same scenario play out across the globe in recent years, Libya,Syria,Venezuela the list is endless, opposition being supported in order to cause social unrest and ultimately revolution inside Independent sovereign nations which is against international law.

After the long drawn Maidan protests which seen major violence on Maidan square came to a head deals were struck with the IMF and world banks, these deals look to subdue the working class of Ukraine with cuts right across the board, indeed it seems Ukraine could and most probably will end up like that of the economy of Greece or worse.

The International monetary fund announced on March 27th that they had reached a tentative loan agreement“financial lifeline” to Ukraine worth $14 -18bln over a 2 year period, one of the first reforms made was to heighten the price of natural gas, President Barack Obama called the deal a “major step forward” that will “meet the needs of Ukrainian people over the long term.” This of course could not be further from the truth as i will explain now...

This loan may have been heralded as a "major step forward" by president Obama but what he didn't mention is that the loan agreement came with demands for "economic reforms", which has usually translated into austerity measures like that seen in Europe, and as in Europe the working class will be bearing the brunt of the measures, It's exactly these kind of imposition of conditions that led to the European Network of Debt and Development to call for reform inside the IMF itself.

Unlike in Europe the IMF conditions for Ukraine will not include debt relief, this agreement and its so called success all hinges on cuts to subsidies and social services. Prices will rise nearly 30% on all imported goods due to the devaluation of the  hryvnia, all of this combined will lead to the further drop in living standards inside Ukraine and will push even more people into poverty,  according to economists. “I don’t think half the population will live below the poverty line, but the majority of the population will be worse off economically—that’s understood,” Kiselyov said.

“Ukrainians differ from the Portuguese and the Greeks because they don’t have many savings left,” Koltashov said. “Wages now in Ukraine are, as a rule, not enough to feed a family, and the devaluation of the hryvnia will make it totally impossible.”

The Revolution won, but the people lost

The Ukraine government it seems is not interested in the slightest about its people in regards to life and liberty all of this is not for the benefit of the people, the government seeks to pay back its buddies at the expense of the nation, we have seen moves in the energy sector by western firms to try and move in on a piece of the pie, Crimea was the jewel in the crown with its vast reserves of natural gas just off shore in the Black Sea, the people of Crimea decided they would be better off back with Russia and voted as such.

If it was not bad enough that the wholesale of natural resources in Ukraine is well underway, the country owes European banks a reportedly 23 billion in unpaid loans, and also outstanding loans of $1.5 billion with US banks. The only winners in all of this are the multi national corporations that stand to gain from privatization of the states assets that have not yet already been sold off.

Indeed this all seems to me to be leading to people becoming more and more disinfrantized with the whole "Maidan Revolution" and those that have came to power because of it, poverty caused by these loans could and may very well come back to bite Kiev, dissent is being crushed from Kiev to Donetsk, and it is not just the “pro russians” feeling the brunt, camps that have stayed in Maidan square were tore down by heavies of the government, some scuffles occurred and a few handbags swung but no one killed this time, but it certainly shows us a picture of a country in turmoil far from the rose tinted narrative of the Mainstream or officials in the EU and US, as long as the "Terror operations" in the East and the wholesale of state assets and national resources continue slaughter of innocent civilians and the rape of a country Ukraine will find itself shattered  literally.

Kiev is claiming to have gotten the upper hand in the key city of Luhansk with pictures being pocted on twitter of what looked like a Ukrainian flag being raised above a police station in the Zhovtneviy neighbourhood of the city, the picture could not be independently vereified.

Officials in Kiev allege to have pushed a contingent of self defense members out of the city itself, they say they have nearly encircled their strongholds of Donetsk and Luhansk and have taken over control of the road between the two cities, this is denied by self defense militias in the area.

Alexander Zakharchenko, prime minister of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic, said over the weekend that rebels were in the process of receiving some 150 armoured vehicles, including 30 tanks, and 1,200 fighters trained in Russia to launch a major counter-offensive.

A spokesman for the National Security and Defence Council of Ukraine said: “We have information that rebels used their routes, which are not under the control of the Ukrainian army, and got some ammunition and troops that came across from the Russian Federation. We can’t say the exact numbers, we’re checking this information.”

A Russian convoy carrying humanitarian aid for the people most affected by the turmoil in the East of the country, the Kiev government claimed that Russia was in the middle of pulling a "Trojan Horse" type stunt to try and invade Ukraine under the guise of humanitarian aid but there is nothing to suggest this to be the case but it's of my opinion the Kiev government knew this anyway.

The Minister of Social Policy in Ukraine signed an order officially recognizing the convoy  as humanitarian aid cargo of the International Red Cross that is currently on the border of Ukraine.

"In accordance with Articles 4 and 5 of the Law of Ukraine 'On Humanitarian Aid' considering the initiative of the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko on receiving humanitarian aid within the framework of international humanitarian missions under the auspices of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) to recognize the cargo as humanitarian aid,” the document reads.

Supervising the delivery of the humanitarian aid to Ukraine will be the ICRC, the convoy will go ahead after it receives some security guarantees from both the warring sides in the country.
